A Child's Heart
Steps of Ministry
  1. Contact between church members/pastors and ACH

  2. ACH representative meets with church leadership and interested lay members to explore ways the ACH programs can serve their existing ministries.

  3. Church determines and approves which ministry ACH will serve, and designates a church coordinator, who will maintain contact with ACH representatives and who recruits and organizes volunteers: teachers, prayer leaders, activity leaders, craft leaders, sports leaders, etc.

  4. The church team sets up the location, activities, and schedule of training and programs.

  5. ACH representative provides training in the Longings of the Heart curriculum and other aspects of any chosen ACH ministry.

  6. The church coordinator and the ACH representative will maintain contact throughout, with periodic evaluations of participant feedback. They will keep the church leadership and the ACH Board informed, as needed, of changes or progress made.
